infinite potential in all of us and we are only limited by our own imaginations. How do you envision your dream life?

Through a combination of coaching, therapy, and energy work I have witnessed many people break through blocks
and limiting belief systems and create the life they choose with the success of their dreams. You are an innately
powerful individual, whether you remember or not. You can transform anything you choose to and I would love to
assist you make that leap.
I am certified in EMDR II and trained in EFT. These are both highly effective techniques for transforming stuck
mindsets and limiting belief systems. I am also a Reiki Master/Therapist. Reiki is a gentle loving way to move
through stuck energies and clear blockages to allow the unobstructed flow of divine energy into your life.
I work with clients to unlock their infinite potential and create a life of purpose, vision, and fulfillment. I work with
clients in person, by phone, or online, whichever way is most effective for the individual.
I am most effective with clients who are motivated to make the changes necessary to live the life of their dreams. If
